Screen shots from the Gryphon mod (new with better bodies)
This mod creates a new bird-like race called the Gryphon.
ALL of the new models and original race idea came from PhyntosWasp.
I textured them and gave them their stats. The textures fromt he lower half were modified from AlienSlof's Mane race.
Note that the heads do not show up in the preview screen however they will work fine in-game.
There is only one male and one female head anyway so it won't matter. You can still see the hairstyles though.
Gryphons can fly via a strong no cost levitate spell and land using a dispel spell.
You can also get item based flight from a Gryphon NPC placed near Seyda Neen.
There are ten Gryphon NPCs placed around Morrowind. They have been given race specific greetings.
Gryphons have great jumping and slowfall abilities. Their only weakness is 50 percent shock.
