Starting Out

If you are playing the mod as a pharlan, you need only to find a pharlan on top of a building somewhere and get them to transport you to the bitter coast region.
If you have JUST started a new game as a pharlan the mod may not recognize your race to begin with, you should save and re-load your game once for proper race recognition.
If you are not playing as a pharlan you should ask pharlans you can find about "latest rumors" some of them should give you information about a missing pharlan near Bal Isra.

Save Aesha

You should look around Bal Isra - a spot north of Ald-ruhn and south of Maar Gan along the far eastern side of the canyon. You should see a pair of Dark elves in nice armor guarding a forest pharlan in a cage.
Kill the two dark elves (or steal the key from them)- the dialogue allows only killing them and use the key to unlock the cage door and free Aesha. She will tell you to look for pharlans in the high places of cities.
Find a pharlan (mostly those on top of buildings) and have them transport you to the Bitter Coast Region.

Worthy Hunter

You should arrive just outside of the pharlan council hall after being transported.
Talk to Aria - a soldier standing just outside ans she should give you a key to allow you into the council hall.
Once inside you can talk to any of the council members you like.
Rylan Fangor will be your main questgiver follow his dialgoue and you should be told to go hunt a beast in the Azura's coast region just north of the Ahemmmusa camp.
The beast is inside of a completely dark cave called "Lair of the Beast". The entrance to the cave is on a round island with a small southward facing bay. Screenshot
Kill the creature, remove it's hide and return to Rylan Fangor.

Pride of Pharlans
After returning to Rylan Fangor ask again about the "How to be a Pharlan" topic. You will be told to go fight a pharlan for territory out in the grazelands region. You can ask any ashlander in that region about the "pharlans" topic and they will tell you that they've seen a pharlan flying around falensarano.
He's standing up on top of a hill near there and shouldn't be too hard to find.
Defeat (not kill) him in battle and return to Rylan Fangor.

Wisdom's Challenge

Rylan Fangor will tell you to go and talk to Byirka Kai. Her lair is underwater near Koal cave, Almost directly west of Subdun cave. Screenshot Go inside and you will find an upper lit portion, where Byirka is waiting for you.

The Riddle

Byirka Kai's first quest is a straight riddle - there aren't any hints in-game but it has to do with writing.
Tha answer to the riddle is an inkwell. You can find one in the Seyda Neen office or you can speak to a bookseller about wisdom's challenge. If they have high enough disposition they'll give you one. Show an inkwell to Byirka Kai and she will give you a couple of rare books for your trouble.

The Cave of Higari
Byirka Kai's second challenge is to find an amulet in the cave of Higari. The cave's entrance is on the same island as Big Head - the crazy argonian. It is a fairly round island in the northwest portion of the Sheogorad region. Screenshot

Enter the cave and you'll find a fire atronach and some possibly interesting things sunk in the water. Go into the next room

The next room has a puzzle - 3 crystals that open like containers - fire, water storm and earth. the secondary room has a bunch of alchemy ingredients. These ingredients should be placed "in" the appropriate crystals. When you've gotten one right it will light up.
Fire = Fire Salts
Water = Scales
Storm = Void Salts
Earth = Raw Ebony

Once you get all 4 lit the door to the next room will appear.

The Third room contains another puzzle - 5 ghosts that have lost their names. You must match the person's name with the correct ghost. Clues are in the cave on the corpses and in the ghost's greetings.
Dusty Spirit=Serpingor
Grey Specter=Andrio Drenathan
Misty Ghost=Attrion
Strong Spirit=Sadyn Cholda
Whispering Spectre=Tusvaden

The fourth room is the last and contains the Dremora Lord Higari. As you apporach him he will greet you and the lights will go out. Use night eye or lights to see and fight him.
Take the amulet and you can either use teleportation to escape or equip the amulet to transport out. Return to Byirka Kai and give her the amulet.
This is the end of Wisdom's test so you should return to Rylan Fangor.

Slay the Pharlan traitors
Rylan Fangor will ask you to find and kill two brothers that have been killing innocent people.

The brothers are hiding in a cave in the islands east of Vivec. The island the cave is on is very small island just on the edge of the rocky area.
Screenshot of the Brother's lair It is almost due south of the island the prelude shipwreck is on. Hints you are given:

A slave NPC on that Island will point the way.
A soldier NPC out in the islands will tell you he's searched everywhere east.
An Oridnator near Ald Sotha will also give you directions since his partner was carried off by the two pharlans you are looking for. The ordinator's armor is enchanted and so will appear as a "trail of bread crumbs" if you have a detect enchantment spell active.
Enter the cave and the younger brother Hagri will greet you. He will offer you something good in exchange for lying to Rylan Fangor byt saying you've killed the two brothers.
This is *sort of* the break point between the good and evil sides of the quest. Even if you decide to lie you can get back on the good side if you want - it will cost you however. . . .
Either agree and don't kill the two pharlans or just kill them (doesn't really matter what you say to them)
Return to Rylan Fangor and report to him. (If you choose to lie see the evil quest Lie to Rylan Fangor)
After you've killed the brothers, inform Rylan Fangor. He will be pleased and give you the same armor as a pharlan soldier (you will be given the beast boots by default- if you are playing an upright character - don't equip them).
Talk to Rylan Fangor again about how to be a pharlan and he will tell you about the secrets of pharlans.

The Research Center
After talking to Rylan Fangor about the secrets of pharlans, he will give you an orb and instructions on visiting a white rock high on the slopes of Red Mountain to the west of the Sur Eggmine. Screenshot of the location

Activate the white rock called "strange rock" and you will be transported into the Research center (companions will be left behind).
Wander around the research center and you will find several side quests. There are questgivers in the:
Research Center
Library
Zoology Research
Classroom
Materials Research
Botany Lab
To continue the MAIN quest you should ask about "latest rumors" and you will be told a "rebel informant" has been caught.

The Rebel Informant
Return to the Pharlan council hall and Rylan Fangor will tell you a rebel informant has been caught. He will tell you to go see Efoika Kai in Mizbayak.
Mizbayak is a floating town far to the east of Sadrith Mora. The best way to get there is to take a boat from the outskirts of Sadrith Mora. The boat departs from the eastern side of the island near the Daedric Ruin.
If you completed the Zoology lab side quest you can also use the teleporter system.
Efoika Kai is in the lower level of the guard tower which is on the third highest island of the floating Islands.
Talk to Efoika Kai and she will give you permission to interrogate the prisoner. Talk to Riziel, the guard in the prison itself and he will give you a key to Seriakolo's cell.
Speak with the informant - use all of your powers of persuasion to get him to tell you information about the rebels.
Once you have gotten him to spill the beans. . . return to Rylan Fangor.

Remove the threat of the Rebels
Once you have told Rylan Fangor the information you learned, he will ask you to go remove the threat of the pharlan rebels who are hiding in Tureynulal. Screenshot of the location
Go to the citadel and you will be met by a pair of Pharlan soldiers. Continue into the citadel and go down to the Bladder fo Clovis. Inside you will find an entry to the "Deep Passage" take it.
Once inside you will be greeted by a pharlan sentry who will tell you to go on into the base. Continue up a passage and you will be greeted and attacked by Phandar.
Fight him and eventually he will teleport away and leave a note behind.
All of the other pharlans will be gone and the remaining daedra will attack you. Once you leave the cell your soldier companions will tell you they are staying behind to investigate.
Return to Rylan Fangor and tell him what happened. He will tell you that you need to wait for Phandar to make another move. Just go back to Mizbayak and start looking around.

Rumor- sheinja captured

Ask around in Mizbayak about latest rumors and you should come up with one about a sheinja being captured.
Find a sheinja - the pharlans with hoods and tattoos and get their disposition up a little and they will tell you about sensitive negotiations and tell you to talk to the lead sheinja, Thoto'pkowra.

Talk to the captured Sheinja

Go talk to Thoto'pkowra in the Temple on the highest floating Island. She will tell you that a shienja is being held captive by the temple and you should go see a Dunmer called Dralano Siryel.
Ask people in Mizbayak about him and they will tell you he's up at the ministry of truth - the moon floating in the sky.
Talk to Dralano and he will teleport you in to talk to the captured sheinja. The sheinja, Maru-Akura will ask you to find the real murderer and look for him in Mizbayak. - You should use teleportation to leave the prison cell to avoid being attacked by guards in the prison.

Find the Murderer
You can talk to Thoto'pkowra again and she will tell you to talk to pharlans and possibly break into houses to look for evidence.
Talk to pharlans in Ka Chufadea Olo and you may find some clues- non pharlan characters should use extreme caution as one NPC in this "bar" will cause most of the other NPCS in the bar to attack.
Talk to Yringi and he will give you some clues that he doesn't like other races very much. Go to his house and break into a chest inside. You will find a bloody sheinja cuirass. Take the cuirass and return to Yringi.
Talk to Yringi again after having found the cuirass and he will tell you that he is the murderer. If you are playing as a non-pharlan he will attack you, if you are playing as a pharlan he'll just make some remarks.
You can kill Yringi but if you do Maru-Akura will not be released and will be executed.
Go to Thoto'Pkowra with the cuirass and news of Yrinig's confession and/or death. She will tell you to talk to Efoika Kai.
Efoika will thank you for your help and tell you she will take care of everything.
If you did not kill Yrinig you will find Maru-Akura in the Temple a bit later and he will have a special reward for you.

Rumor- stolen pharlan eggs
Once you have completed the quest with Maru-Akura you can ask around about rumors again and you will be told someone has stolen pharlan eggs from the nursery in the research center.

The Nursery

Go into the nursery of the research center and talk to Byolo. he will tell you that two dunmer entered the center and stole the eggs. he will give you a torn piece of cloth to show to Dunmer to try and find who the perpetrator is.

Find the Perpetrators

Show the cloth to any great house member and they will tell you the robe is most likely Telvanni in origin.
Go talk to Telvanni in Sadrith Mora and they will tell you some rogue telvanni had been boasting about selling off Pharlan eggs. Their hideout is in Ryskin, which is on a small rock in the water near Gnaar Mok.

Return the Eggs

Go to Ryksin and you will find the egg theives hiding out surrounded by a lot of daedra, kill or sneak past them and take the eggs back - they are in a chest in the back of the cave.
Return to Byolo with the eggs and he will be very pleased. You can tell other members of the Knights of Rona and also Rylan Fangor to get some extra dialogue - but it is not necessary to complete the quest.

Rumor - Rylan Fangor's Disappearance
If you ask around mizbayak, or find a note laying on the ground, you'll hear a rumor saying Rylan Fangor has disappeared.
Return to the council hall and you'll find a scroll sitting where Rylan Rangor used to be. Read it and it will tell you he's gone to Tsevar manor in Godsreach, Mournhold
Go to Godsreach, since there's no levitating in Mournhold you'll either need to use a jump spell to get into the manor or use the button in the canal below the manor which willteleport you up.

Confrontation in Tsevar Manor

Enter Tsevar manor and go down the stairs, you'll be greeted by Phandar and he will tell you that Rylan Fangor is being held captive. Phandar also says if he is killed Rylan Fangor will die also.
Phandar will give you three dialogue options - either "you die now", "get me out of here" or "Offer to take Rylan Fangor's place"
The first two will result in Phandar attacking you. If you kill Phandar you can enter the holding cell area and you will find Rylan Fangor dead inside.
The only way to save Rylan Fanogr's life is the "I will take his place" option. This will result in magical slave bracers being slapped on you. (This is force equipping so avoid being transformed or have other forcequipping going on at this point).
Your journal entry will tell you to go ask other pharlans about how to get free. Phandar will not consider you a threat and not attack you - unless you attack him.
If you kill Phandar with the slave bracers on you will die also.

Release from Slavery
You are now enslaved and you should start talking to pharlans about "how you may be freed"
You cannot use any services while you are a slave - except from members of the twin lamps and the teleporters so you will have to travel on foot. Most pharlans will serve you however.
Members of the Order of the Tujah will tell you to go to a monastery in the Bitter coast region - they usually will be nice enough to mark it on your map
Go to the monastery and speak with the priest. He will tell you to go down into the Cave of Pyrenki which is under the monastery - the entrance is INSIDE of the monastery however.
The priest will also tell you to speak with El'oyarraka in the Research center temple to find a way to defeat Phandar without killing Rylan Fangor.
Go down the tunnels until you find a flame burning all by itself, activate the base and you will be freed from slavery.
Go on to the research center temple and fly up to the very top to the priest's quarters
El'oyarraka will tell you that the Staff of Amarcoi will enable you to defeat Phandar.

Staff of Amarcoi
El'Oyarraka will tell you that the staff has been lost somewhere in Morrowind and suggest that you start asking powerful mages.
You should start asking some of the Telvanni wizards, Dratha will have some information but Aryon will know exactly what you are talking about.
He will tell you he had the staff but gave it to an apprentice who took it with him to his stronghold called Nisk.
The Nisk stronghold is located in the ashlands, right along the shore of the sea of ghosts.
Enter the stronghold of Nisk and you will find everyone dead inside with a bunch of undead creatures attacking you.
Go to the top level of the stronghold and you will find the staff sitting in the open with a bunch of dead people surrounding it.
If you try to pick up the staff it will start to drain your life force - make sure you put it down before it kills you.
Pick up the notebook that is laying on the ground nearby and return to El'Oyarraka.
El'Oyarraka will tell you that you need to complete a sacrifice in order to hold the staff. Go back into the Temple and you will find a guar sitting next to the altar, kill it and pick up its meat
Activate the Altar and you will complete the ritual
Return to Nisk, pick up the staff - which should no longer damage you and return to Tsevar Manor and confront Phandar again.

The Fight with Phandar
On confronting phandar again with the staff, he should make some comment about it and attack you again. You are now free to kill phandar but you must be holding the staff when Phandar dies.
Phandar has a powerful sword that will destroy armor very quickly - do NOT use keening or sunder when fighting him as wraithguard will be severely damaged and keening/sunder will kill you.
Dispatch everyone in the room and go down into the Holding cells.
There is a teleportation amulet for the manor on the table as well as a key to the cells - if you should choose to make the manor into a home.
Slay or ignore the orc guard and talk to Rylan Fangor. He will tell you to meet him at the council hall after a few days.
If you are playing as a pharlan you will get an extra journal entry about Phandar's Sword - make sure you pick it up.

Epilogue
Go to the Pharlan Council Hall and you will find Rylan Fangor back at his post. Talk to him and we will rewards you with a sword and some gold if you are a non-pharlan or the meat from the Gakra-Rek and gold if you are a Pharlan. - Place the meat on the ground and pick it back up and you will get a stat boost.
This is the end of the main quest - Pharlan characters can ask Rylan Fangor about "burning blade" to start an extra quest.

Side Quests

Noyana's Gift
Inside of the Pharlan research center you can talk to a Pharlan called Illio
He will ask you to take a gift of Telvanni Bug musk and a note to his girlfriend, Noyana who lives in Mizbayak.
Go to Mizbayak and but some bug musk from Epaseke tradehouse. Then talk to Noyana in Ikarzoble Magic shop about "help me with something"
She will thank you and you can return to a grateful Illio. He won't give you a reward, just his thanks.
NOTE IF you are playing as a MALE pharlan, Noyana will "come on" to you and challenge you to a duel. Accept her challenge and you will begin the romance quest for male pharlans
If you tell Illio that you have accepted her challenge he will attack you, if you lose to him (he'll declare victory if your health drops to low), Noyana will no longer be interested in you. But if you win she will be very pleased.
This quest *should* be able to be done even on the "evil side" of the main quest but you will have to be careful about pharlans that attack you on sight.

Retrieve the Field Notes
Go into the Zoology Research area of the Pharlan Research center. There you will find a pharlan called Quelia. She will ask you to go out and retrieve the research notes from the researchers in the field. After being given the quest, just activate the brownish device behind her labeled "Teleporter". Talk to the researchers about "field notes" and they will either give you the field notes or tell you to take them from the table.
Continue using the teleporters to travel from one observation station to the next until you get back to the research center. Talk to Quelia again adn she will thank you for your help and give you access to the pharlan transport System.
This quest is unavailable to those on the "evil side" of the main quest however those on the "evil side" will be given access to the transport system a different way.

The Juvenile Delinquent
Inside of the research center's dormitory area you will find a classroom. Enter this classroom and you will be greeted by the teacher, Liyo.
She will ask you to help her with something and will tell you one of her students is missing by the name of Kale. You can go ask his parents Ynda'Vakarri (in the botany lab) and Shein'Gadan(in the materials area) about Kale. They will tell you he usually hangs out in the temple.
Go to the temple and look around and you will find an entrance to a "hiding spot". There you will find Kale, he will be none to happy to see you and tell you he doesn't want to go to class.
You'll be given several dialogue options including giving him some skooma and a pipe, only pulling his tail will make him come with you but the other options have some humorous dialogue and will not break the quest.
Once you get Kale to follow you, take him back towards the classroom. Once you are very close to the classroom he will try to get you in trouble with a nearby guard. Fortunately the guard won't believe Kale's story and you can continue on towards the classroom.
Enter the classroom and walk towards Liyo. Kale will kick you in the shins and insult you a bit more. Talk to Liyo and she will give you a pharlan lore book that teaches hand to hand as a reward.

The Library Quest
Enter the Library in the Research center and talk to a Galesa Pharlan called Zharka about "library". He will give you the option to help with the research and send you after three books:
Chimarvamidium (Found in Sirilonwe's chest in the Mages guild of Vivec - WARNING taking this book *before* completing the mages guild quest surrounding this book will break the mages guild quest)
Arcana Restored (In most of the libraries in vivec)
The Battle of Red Mountain (Found in the hidden library of Vivec and vivec's palace)
Once you have all three books, return to Zharka and give them to him. He will be pleased and reward you with a pharlan lore book that teaches the speechcraft skill.

The Data Cube Quest
Go into the Botnay Lab in the research center and talk to a pharlan called, Zephia. She will complain about hte primitive conditions in the research center, listne to her and she will ask you to find an object called a data cube.
If you ask around the research center you will be told that the town of Mizbayak is probably a good place to look for the data cube.
Ask around in Mizbayak and you will be told to ask people in Casmari Tavern. Talk to a lady pharlan called Orin inthe back of the bar and she will ask you to buy her blood wine before she tells you anything.
If you are playing as a pharlan she will tell you what you want to know after this, if you are a non-pharlan she'll insult you and tell you to go away. Raise her disposition and she will tell you that you should look in Byguakail's house - a root-house at the very bottom of Mizbayak.
Go to the house - fly/fall down off of the lowest floating island and fly over to Byguakail's house. Talk to him about the data cube and he will tell you that he doe snot have one but another pharlan does, and she has likely hidden it in the Hostel of Mizbayak.
Go back up to the hostel on the lowest island and go up to the second level of the hostel. There you will find a chest labeled Oi-Otoejah's chest. Pick the lock and take the data cube back to Zephia. Make sure you are NOT seen.
Zephia will be very pleased with the data cube and give you the deed to her house in Mizbayak. Take the deed to the governmental office in Mizbayak and talk to Snekira.
She will open the house called the Hideaway for you and you can now use it as a home. It links up to the pharlan transport system and has a teleportation amulet inside.

The Materials Quest
The materials quest is given by a pharlan called, Relia in the materials research area.
She will ask you for a Newtscale Cuirass, an Indoril Cuirass and raw Adamantium.
Adamantium can be found in the Mournhold caves and sewers, indoril cuirasses can be found on Ordinators, on several of the pharlan rebels and back in the cave of Higari, on one of the corpses.
An Imperial newtscale cuirass can be found in Arrille's room in Arrille's tradehouse in Seyda Neen, Shushishi in the west gash region and Ranosa Gilvayn's shop in Suran.
Once you have all of the requested items, return to Relia and she will reward you with a ring that gives you endless repair hammers.

The King Tree
Ask around in Casmari tavern about latest rumors and eventually you will hear one about a king tree growing to the south of Sadrith Mora.
Fly south several islands and you will find a massive tree with two houses in it. The lower one is Tlareni's hold. Speak with her and she will offer to sell you the upper mansion for $70K. If you are a pharlan and have already beaten the MW main quest then you will be given the mansion free of charge.
You can use a teleporter a the base of the king tree to get to the entrance to the mansion.
You may also find companions inside of the hold - if you have freed Aesha and/or Maru-Akura you will find them waiting for you inside of the hold.
Several useful salespeople also reside in Tlareni's Hold.

PHARLANS ONLY: The Burning Blade
You will be able to do this quest *after* completing the main quest on either the evil or good sides. Make sure you pick up the sword from whichever enemy you defeated last.
Talk to either Rylan Fangor or Phandar about "burning blade" and he will tell you to look for a trainer in Mizbayak. Ask around there and you will be told to look in Casmari tavern.
Ther you will be told to speak with Gadlanadea'kawe. he will tell you that he will train you but only after you help him with something
He will ask you to find his friend Aria'Arkon, that disappeared somewhere in the Sheogorad region while investigating Dunmer Tombs.
Go to Dagon Fel and ask about Pharlans, you will be told that a Pharlan was seen leaving town towards the northwest. On a small S-shaped Island you will find Nelas Ancestral Tomb. You will find Aria'Arkon inside pinned to the wall by a pair of spears.
He will ask you to give him some of your magicka. If you have less than 200 you should recharge somewhere and return to him.
Give him the energy and he will be okay.
IF you are playing as a female pharlan, speak with him again after giving him the energy and he will challenge you to a duel in Vivec's Arena. Accept his offer and you will begin a Romance.
Return to Gadlanadea'Kawe with your sword and speak with him again about the "burning blade" this time he will teach you the technique and your sword will have the ability to slice through armor with ease.

PHARLANS ONLY: Romance with Noyana
Once you have accepted Noyana's challenge you can go to the arena in vivec. Tell Noyana you are ready and begin fighting her. If your health gets too low she will greet you and tell you she has won the battle. If her health gets to low she will concede defeat.
After the fight Noyana will invite you to her house in Mizbayak. Go there and you can exchange some interesting dialogue with her. She will eventually invite you to go visit a secret cave near Hla Oad, agree to further your romance quickly. One of the teleporters in the house will send you to Gnaar Mok and you can take a boat down to Hla Oad.
Walk along the edge of the water near Hla Oad and Noyana will greet you and tell you the cave entrance is just a little bit away, underwater. Swim out and enter the cave. Keep swimming until you enter a large room. Your journal will be updated.
Fly out of the water and initiate dialogue with Noyana. A romantic part will ensue and depending on your response you can further the relationship quickly or slowly.
At this point Noyana will get hungry and tell you that she saw a large Guar you could hunt together.
Go outside of the cave and fly to the south. You should see a large guar which will initiate combat when you get close. Kill it and you will have another section of dialogue. At the end Noyana will give you an amulet to teleport you to her house and will then disappear.
At this point you need only visit Noyana and give her gifts or have her come along with you on your quests -which will raise her "romance level". Eventually she will ask you to become her "grysole" or "mate". If you agree she will tell you to visit Rouo-Je Kai in the temple in Mizbayak. He will transport you to the wedding chapel where you can "marry" Noyana.
After the ceremony, talk to Noyana again and she will transport both of you to her house. speak with her about Kalenake and you will be able to engage in a little "romance" together.
Noyana is now your permanent companion. She will teleport to almsivi and divine intervention as well as marks made in exterior areas.

PHARLANS ONLY: Romance with Aria'Arkon
Once you have accepted Aria'Arkon's challenge you can go to the arena in vivec. Tell Aria'Arkon you are ready and begin fighting him. If your health gets too low he will greet you and tell you he has won the battle. If his health gets to low he will concede defeat.
After the fight he will invite you to his house,(which is a treehouse) in the Azura's coast region, south of Tel Fyr near the Dwemer ruin of Nchardumz and the Daedric shrine of Shashpilamat. Go there and you can exchange some interesting dialogue with him. He will eventually invite you to go visit a secret cave near Hla Oad, agree to further your romance quickly. One of the teleporters in the house will send you to Gnaar Mok and you can take a boat down to Hla Oad.
Walk along the edge of the water near Hla Oad and Aria'Arkon will greet you and tell you the cave entrance is just a little bit away, underwater. Swim out and enter the cave. Keep swimming until you enter a large room. Your journal will be updated.
Fly out of the water and initiate dialogue with Aria'Arkon. A romantic part will ensue and depending on your response you can further the relationship quickly or slowly.
At this point Aria'Arkon will get hungry and tell you that he saw a large Guar you could hunt together.
Go outside of the cave and fly to the south. You should see a large guar which will initiate combat when you get close. Kill it and you will have another section of dialogue. At the end Aria'Arkon will give you an amulet to teleport you to his house and will then disappear.
At this point you need only visit Aria'Arkon and give him gifts or have him come along with you on your quests -which will raise his "romance level". Eventually he will ask you to become his "grysole" or "mate". If you agree he will tell you to visit Rouo-Je Kai in the temple in Mizbayak. He will transport you to the wedding chapel where you can "marry" Aria'Arkon.
After the ceremony, talk to Aria'Arkon again and she will transport both of you to his house. Speak with him about Kalenake or simply strip naked :P and you will be able to engage in a little "romance" together.
Aria'Arkon is now your permanent companion. He will teleport to almsivi and divine intervention as well as marks made in exterior areas.

PHARLANS ONLY: Bloodmoon Main quest shunt
Complete the bloodmoon main quest as usual up to the point of being infected by sanies lupinus. Rest (NOT WAIT) outside for one night - you can cure yourself if you like.
You will be called in a dream to a cave in the moesring mountains on the other side of the Bridge near the Skaal Village. Go there and speak with the pharlans there. They will tell you to speak with Hircine.
Go deeper into the cave and activate the Hircine statue. Agree to his offer and activate the statue again to begin the quests - your lycanthropy disease will be automatically cured.
The quests are exactly the same as the werewolf quests- you will need to sleep to be told about them except the rewards will be different and you do not have to be a werewolf. Once these quests are begun you cannot switch back to the "good side".

The Order of the Tujah Quests

*Note* The order quests are generally unavailable to vampire characters. (however an alternate cure quest for vampires is available)
Join the Order
To Join the order of the Tujah visit the Temple in Mizbayak and speak with Rou'Je Kai.
He will tell you that you must make an offering of seven portions of hound meat. Go out and hunt or buy the hound meat and return to Rou'Je Kai.
Speak with him and he will tell you to burn the meat on the large altar outside. Once you have done so return to Rou'Je Kai and he will allow you to join the order.

A shrine in the ashlands
After joining the order Rou'Je Kai will tell you to speak with Bagari'alateu to learn more of the order.
Bagari'Alateu will tell you that you should follow int he steps of Roskabota, the first priest of the order. She will give you a book containing the story of the priest.
You should first travel to the shrine of Mebeshia in the ashlands. It is located due north of Bal Ur and due west of Sadrith Mora on top of a high ridge.
Activate the srhine and you will be told to go to the city of Vivec and help those in need.

Help those in need

Travel to vivec and look in the St. Delyn Plaza. There you will be greeted by a young mother who has lost her daughter. You can find her in the Glassworker's Hall. Talk to her and bring her back to her mother.
The second person for you to help is outside of the Redoran canton - the lowest level. He will ask you to give him 100 septims. Do so and you will complete this section of the quest.
The third person you need to help is a female Khajiit called Jebi who is standing outside of the Hlaalu Canton in Vivec - on the easternmost exit ramp. She will tell you that her mate, Ma'Dani is sick and needs your help. Travel south towards Ebonheart and you will find their shack in the small islands south of Ebonheart.
Get a cure blight disease, spell, scroll or potion and heal him. Return to Jebi and tell her how you helped her mate.
These people can be helped in any order, once you've helped out all three return to Bagari'alateu in the Mizbayak Temple.
Agria of the Tujah

Bagari'Alateu will now tell you that you should learn about the agria or mercy of El-Rou. She will tell you to travel to Drinil Ancestral tomb which is near Khuul and almost directly north of the Derelict Shipwreck in the foyada.
Enter the tomb and you will be told to bring a person called Britinus to a shrine in the Foyada. You will be faced with a vampire called Britinus who will tell you he wishes for the true death.
Convince him to travel to the shrine - raise his disposition - and remember to do it at night or the sun will probably kill him. Use caution with him as he does not have a warping script so he will behave like a standard morrowind follower.
Swim to the south, towards the shipwreck and continue up the foyada. On your left you will find the entrance to the Shrine of Ikarz. Enter the shrine and continue until you find a burning flame. Activate the base and you will find that Britinus is no longer a vampire.
Return to Bagari'Alateu after this

A Vision Quest
Bagari'Alateu will now tell you to travel into the ashlands and seek a vision quest. This may seem very vague but you can simply go to any area called "ashlands", spend some time there and rest.
When you rest in an ashlands region an NPC called only "Strange Dunmer" will appear nearby. Talk with him for a bit and return to Bagari'Alateu.

Stop the ordinator attack
Now Bagari'Alateu will tell you to speak with Rou'Je Kai again about an ordinator attack. He will tell you that they are massing near Gnaar Mok to attack the nearby Monastery of the Order.
Rou'Je Kai will ask you to stop them from attacking without using violence. Travel to Gnaar Mok and you will find a group of Ordinators led by an dunmer called Magnon Saryoni (son of the current patriarch of the temple)
Talk with him - you will get interesting responses if you are a temple member or have already completed the MW main quest. Raise his disposition and he will offer to stop the attack for a "donation" of 3000 gold.
If you are female you can offer to meet him somewhere for "payment" - he will readily accept and you can meet him in his villa which is in the Wesh Gash region on the extreme western edge near a Daedric ruin and a Dwemer ruin for an "encounter" . . . he will then stop the attack for free.
Return to Rou'Je Kai after you stop the attack and this will complete the Order of the Tujah quests. If you are a "noble" character you can continue on to the sheinja quests - Rou'Je Kai will offer this option to you if you are a pharlan.

Sheinja Quests

Starting the Sheinja Quests
Talk to any Sheinja - pharlans with tattoos and hoods and get their disposition up to about 80. Talk to them about the sheinja topic and they will ask you if you would like to "become sheinja". Any race can become a sheinja, but pharlans may act surprised to see a non-pharlan attempting the quests.
If you have not completed the Order quests you will be told to gain rank in the order before becoming a sheinja. Once you have done this, go to Thoto'pkowra and she will give you the first of the sheinja quests.
If you have joined the temple, imperial cult, are a vampire or werewolf, joined the sixth house thieves guild, killed any of the "good" pharlans or have a bounty of any kind you will be prevented from beginning the sheinja quests.

The Trial of Humility
This quest requires you to feel the humility of a beggar. Thoto'pkowra will give you a torn, stinking and tattered robe to wear for this trial. Once you put on the robe you must NOT remove it until the quest is complete or you will fail the trial.
You will be told to go to the cities of Ald'Ruhn, Sadrith Mora and Vivec to beg for food. When you talk to NPCs you will receive nasty greetings - occasionally NPCS will refuse to talk to you at all - in this case keep trying. Most NPCS will not serve you while you wear the robe.
In Vivec you need to talk to relatively high level members of the Temple - only they will give you food.
In Sadrith Mora either imperial cult members or temple members will give you food.
In Ald-Ruhn only high level Redorans will give you food- to make you go away.
Once you have been given food in all three cities return to Thoto'Pkowra and tell her of your success. After this you can remove the robe safely.

The Trial of Trust
Thoto'pkowra will now tell you to travel to the Molag Amur region near the Dwemer ruin of Arkngthand and look for a lone tame guar.
When you find the guar - activate it and you will be blinded but have a detect creatures spell added. The guar will lead you to the shrine - use the detect creatures icon to follow the guar while blinded.
Once you arrive at the shrine your blindness will be lifted. Activate the Shrine to complete the quest.

The Trial of Combat
Next Thoto'Pkowra will tell you about the trial of combat. You must fight a Sheinja called Keliak'oie down in the Hall of Shein.
The trap door to the hall of Kadsawati is within the temple - follow it down and walk to the end of the hall. There is a door to the hall of Shein on the other side of the tapestry at the end of the Hall of Kadaswati.
When you are ready talk to Keliak'oie about challenging him and you will being combat with him. You must defeat - not kill him. He is quite strong and carries a powerful normal weapon against pharlan players and a powerful electricity spell for non-pharlans. He will warn you to get more training if you are less than level 20.
Once you have defeated him return to Thoto'Pkowra for the next trial.

The Cave of Examination
Thoto'Pkowra will tell you to travel back into the Hall of Kadaswati and activate a stone spire called Is Shein'kempak
This spire will transport you into the Oerk du Wotsei - the cave of testing. Once inside you will meet all sorts of strange things. In the first room you will meet a wood elf called Faranor - he will greet you ans start following you. He will keep saying all sorts of odd things to you but you must not harm him. The next room is a shop and there are all sorts of interesting items laying around in the open - do not steal any of them or you will fail the test.
The next room holds a khajiit who will ask you to steal something from the previous room. Ignore him and continue on to an upside down Daedric ruin just continue on through.
Continue to the next room and you will be faced with a group of crazy naked people who will attack you with forks - do NOT kill them or you will fail the test.
There is also a frost atronach that will ask you a question - you do not HAVE to talk to him but if you answer incorrectly you will fail the test. After you've run into the fork wielding people an upper exit will open up. A sheinja will be waiting for you and tell you whether you have passed or failed.
Go through the door behind her and activate the small shrine under the waterfall back in the Temple area. Then you will be given the sheinja armor and be recognized as such. You will now be able to enter the area in the hall of shein called the sheinja barracks.
There you can buy more sets of Sheinja armor and humanoid boots for non-beast sheinja.

The Evil Quests

Lie to Rylan Fangor
Go back to Rylan Fangor and tell him that you've killed the brothers. He will recognize that you have not and tell you that he no longer trusts you. (If you're a non-pharlan a lot of pharlans will stop talking to you.)
Go back to the brother's lair in Skenbi and tell them you told Fangor.
They will slap slave bracers on you at this point (They are force-equipped so you should NOT have any force equip items active at this time - transformations etc.)
The slave bracers drain all of your magicka away, lower your willpower and are non-removable. Most NPCs in the game will now refuse you service (except for the twin lamps).
Hagri will tell you that the slave bracers are magical and will cause you to die if you slay any of your "masters" - i.e. Hagri, Sphestar and Phandar. Go farther inside of the cave and talk to Sphestar about "serving your masters"

Vampire Dust
Sphestar will tell you that he wants to understand vampires and sends you after vampire dust.
Remember that no one in the game *virtually* will serve you so you need to either kill some vampires or steal the dust from someone.

The nearest cave of vampires is Raviro Ancestral Tomb, which is very close to the silt strider of Molag Mar.

A Message to Phandar
After giving them the vampire dust, the brothers will now enlist your help in sending a message to Phandar in Tureynulal.
You'll have to get there on foot - or fly if you're a pharlan.
Give the message to Phandar and he will give you a message to take back to Hagri and Sphestar.
Return to Sphestar and he will give you a choice

A Choice
After completing the message quest Sphestar will offer you a choice, Kill Rylan Fangor and he will release you from slavery.
Or be stuck as his slave forever.
Accept his offer and go the the council hall. Rylan Fangor will greet you and realize you've been sent to kill him.
He will tell you to go the monastery to remove your slavery.
You can accept his offer and have your slavery removed and return to the "good side" of the main quest. Or you can kill him. If you kill Rylan Fangor you are permanently on the "evil" path of the quest and there is no turning back. Go here if you choose to go to the monastery.

Join the rebels
You will first need to kill Rylan Fangor - thi is not an easy task since taunting him into a fight is somewhat difficult and attacking him outright will cause the entire council to attack you.
Accept his offer and go the the council hall. Rylan Fangor will greet you and realize you've been sent to kill him.
Once you've killed Rylan fangor you can return to Sphestar, true to his word he will remove your slave bracers.
Talk to him about aid the rebellion and he will tell you to go see Phandar. You can kill Spehstar and Hagri if you like at this point.
Go to Tureynulal and speak with Phandar.

Retrieve a Package
On entering Tureynulal the guard will recognize that you have killed Rylan Fangor and let you through.
Speak with Phandar and he will ask you to retrieve a package from a pharlan in the Mournhold Palace sewers.
Tell her the code words "Oyarraka to Ikarz" and she will give you the package to take back to Phandar
Give the Package to Phandar and he will give you access to the Pharlan transport system.

Implicate the Sheinja
Phandar will now ask you to implicate the Sheinja (an class of honorable pharlans) in a crime. He will give you a full set of sheinja armor and if you are a non-pharlan a pair of fake pharlan wings.
You must kill three pilgrims in Vivec while wearing the armor - and fake wings (if necessary). They are:
Dralani Sero
Finser Abani
Oer Falerno
These pilgrims are all around the High Fane Temple in Vivec. Two are outside and one is inside of the temple.

Steal Pharlan Eggs
Phandar will now tell you to steal 5 pharlan eggs from the Pharlan Research Center. You will be given a white rock and told to go to a white rock high on the slopes of Red Mountain to the west of the Sur Eggmine.
Activate the white rock called "strange rock" and you will be transported into the Research center (companions will be left behind).
Use caution as many pharlan in the research center will now attack you on sight
Go into the dormitory area of the research center and visit the Nursery.
Kill Byolo and the hatchling if you want to be SURE you won't be reported. Otherwise use the best stealth you have. The eggs are very valuable so you will get a HUGE bounty if reported.
Fly up to the tiny room in the corner and steal 5 eggs.
You should now take the eggs to a cave called Ryskin which is near Gnaar Mok - on a tiny rock in the waters around it. Give the eggs to a Dunmer called Bodosaeu he will pay you and then you should return to Phandar.

Turn the Knights of Rona
Phandar will tell you to convince at least 15 of the knights of Rona to join with the Rebels. Raise their disposition using bribery or flattery etc. and talk to them about "join our side".
Pharlan Guards cannot be convinced - you must go after named pharlans, don't approach Efoika Kai. You can look in Epaseke tradehouse, the guard tower and Ka Chufadea Olo.
You will receive a journal update when you have convinced 15 of the knights. Return to Phandar after this.

Defeat Efoika Kai
Once you have convinced 15 of the knights and returned to Phandar he will tell you to confront Efoika Kai and challenge her to a duel.
Go to Mizbayak and talk to Efoika Kai about an ultimatum and she will agree to duel you in Vivec's arena. Go to the arean and battle Efoika.
She has a powerful sword that will destroy armor very quickly - do NOT use keening or sunder when fighting her as wraithguard will be severely damaged and keening/sunder will kill you.
Kill Efoika and return to Phandar
If you are playing as a pharlan you will get an extra journal entry about Efoika Kai's Sword - make sure you pick it up.
Pharlan characters will also be promoted to Centurion of the Knights of Rona on the death of Efoika Kai.
On greeting Phandar after defeating Efoika Kai, non pharlan characters will be asked to give Phandar Efoika's Sword. Phandar will then attack the non-pharlan player- if the sword is given or not. Kill him and the other pharlans in the base and that is the end of the evil side of the main quest - for non-pharlans.
Pharlan characters will be congratulated on their victory and offered Tsevar Manor as a home. Non-pharlans can also go to Tsevar manor and use it as a home however, they are informed only by a note sitting in one of the daedric fires near where Phandar was.
A pharlan companion will be waiting in Tsevar manor for both Pharlan and non-pharlan characters. Tsevar manor has an evil theme, a teleportation amulet, linkup to pharlan transport system and respawning slaves - useful for Vampire and werewolf characters alike.
Pharlan characters can also speak with Phandar about "burning blade" to start an extra quest.

Side Switcher quests

Release from slavery
Go to the monastery and speak with the priest in the entry. He will tell you to go down to the Cave of Pyrenki and give you some potions to help.
Go into cave until you find a shrine with a flame burning on top. Activate it and it will ask you to give up 10 of one of your stats or accept the curse of consequences. Choose one and continue through the cave.
Continue through the flooded cavern until you find the Kisra pool. Activate it and you will be freed from slavery and suffer whichever curse you chose.
After you have been freed, return to Rylan Fangor

Restoring Fangor's trust
Now that you have been released from slavery you must restore Rylan Fangor's trust. he will ask you to resturn to Skenbi cave and slay the brothers. Do this and return to the council hall.
After this you will need to tell Rylan Fangor about what you saw while you were a slave, you will then be sent to attack Phandar and the rebel base.
The quest is essentially the same as that on the true "good side" however the pharlan soldiers may attack on the way in rather than leaving you alone.
For the next quest simply follow the good side. You should also talk to Rylan Fangor about the secrets of Pharlans and go to the research center.
You will miss out on the free pharlan soldier's armor but there is a set in a chest in the research center that can be stolen.
